of the Palm Beaches

Trump Plaza is made up of a selection of two to three bedroom luxury units ranging from 1927 sq. ft. to over 4000 sq. ft. With only 2 units off each elevator lobby, every residence offers views to the east and west. Many of the units that share and elevator lobby have been combined to create 4081 sq. ft. custom hems in the sky. There are nine town home units located in the lower level of the South Tower, some with multiple stories and large patios and three floors of Penthouse residences in both the North and South Tower that enjoy incredible panoramic views and there are four Grand Penthouses that crown the top of the towers. Each residence offers foyer entries, eat-in kitchens with top-of-the-line appliances, oversized closets, marble baths with separate stall showers and Roman tubs. Many custom units include private elevator foyers, whirlpool tubs, steam showers and other luxury appointments. Sliding glass doors lead to balconies off every room, affording spectacular ocean and Intracoastal views. The lavish amenities include: gated guardhouse entry, 24 hour security, doorman, valet parking, luxurious grande lobby, card and party rooms, two heated swimming pools and spa, private cabanas, fully equipped fitness center, tennis court, lounging decks and gazebos. Residents in the 34-story, twin towers are treated with views from the Atlantic Ocean, to the internationally acclaimed Kravis Center, the progression of yachts on the Intracoastal Waterway and the spectacular skyline of the city. Within minutes of Palm Beach’s Worth Avenue, the International Airport, and the Port of Palm Beach, every unit was designed to offer a unique glimpse into the South Florida lifestyle.
